2 x New Multistorey house construction in Douglas (In progress)This project features the construction of two modern multi-storey homes on a challenging sloped site, showcasing innovative design and advanced building techniques. Both homes are being constructed using concrete suspended slab systems, providing superior structural strength, durability, and long-term performance. The design has been carefully developed to work with the natural slope of the land, maximising views, functionality, and efficient use of space. By incorporating modern construction technology and high-quality materials, these homes are being built to deliver a perfect balance of contemporary style, stability, and comfort. Currently under construction, this project highlights our capability to deliver complex builds with precision and attention to detail, even in demanding site conditions. |

Renovation and Transformation - Riverside Boulevard, Douglas.We recently completed a full home renovation, transforming the property with modern upgrades and high-quality finishes throughout. The project included the construction of a brand-new kitchen, a custom-designed walk-in wardrobe, and the modernisation of the existing bathroom. Additional improvements involved the installation of new cabinetry, replacement of all windows and doors, and a complete internal and external repaint to refresh the home’s overall appearance. To enhance the outdoor areas, a new concrete slab was also installed around the house, improving both functionality and durability. This project showcases a seamless blend of style, practicality, and craftsmanship, delivering a refreshed and contemporary living space.
